ANNE HECHE AND JAMES TUPPER GO PUBLIC WITH THEIR ROMANCE

Men in Trees stars Anne Heche and James Tupper are finally speaking out about their romance - even as she goes through a messy divorce battle.Anne split from husband Coley Laffoon in January with rumors flying that she was seeing her Men in Trees love interest. Now she has nothing to hide about James. She told reporters at an ABC party on July 26, 'I've got...a gorgeous love in my life.'And James - who split from his wife last fall - raved to OK!, 'I adore her. Anne is such an interesting person. She's such a beautiful woman.'After filing for divorce in February, Coley has accused Anne in court papers of being an unfit mother to their son Homer, 5, and of taking furniture from their L.A. home. 'I hope that I learn from the things that I go through,' Anne shrugged. Meanwhile, James told OK! about Anne, 'We go have fun together and then when it comes to the work, it's very serious. We work through the script, which is hard - as complicated as having a relationship.'
