Anne Heche's Divorce Finalized

Well, we can all relax now. Anne Heche is officially divorced.

Entertainment Tonight confirmed the news on Monday, reporting that an L.A. judge finalized Heche's divorce to Coley Laffoon. Laffoon filed for divorce in February of 2007, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

The couple married in 2001 and Heche is expecting a child with current boyfriend and Men In Trees co-star James Tupper. She and Laffoon have a six-year-old son, Homer.
