Sarah Jessica Parker prides herself on being a fashionista, but after spying her clothing line in a discount store, shoppers couldn’t help but wonder: Have the 43-year-old’s designing dreams bitten the dust?

Steve & Barry’s, which sells Bitten, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in July, but their spokesman says, “Bitten is doing extremely well.

"Anything labeled Bitten sold outside of Steve & Barry’s stores is either unauthorized or counterfeit,” he said.
Bitten, which was launched on June 7, 2007, is not the first celeb fashion line to end up in the bargain basement.
