Looks like a another young Hollywood couple bites the dust. Ashlee Simpson has reportedly just filed for divorce from her husband of almost three years, Pete Wentz.
TMZ reports Ashlee filed documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their divorce.
According the the documents, obtained by TMZ, Ashlee asks for joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their two-year-old son Bronx.
There is reportedly no prenup and Ashley is also asking for spousal and child support.
The singer married the rocker in May 2008 in an intimate ceremony at her parents' L.A. home.
Ashlee's father Joe Simpson performed the non-denominational ceremony, while sister Jessica Simpson — who filed for divorce from her husband Nick Lachey in Dec. 2005 — served as maid of honor.

Ashlee, 26, and Pet, 31, were last photographed together on Sunday with Bronx shopping in West Hollywood.
Pete attended the opening of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana on Jan. 29 sans Ashlee.
His last Tweet directed at Ashlee wife, gives hope that their split was amicable.
Ashlee's last Tweet directed at Pete was on Jan. 19.
