Pop star-turned-Broadway actress Ashlee Simpson stepped out for a bit of shopping on Tuesday afternoon in an outfit that perfectly matched the head of raven hair she sports as Roxie Hart in Chicago. Ashlee's run as the murderous star of the hit musical is almost through, with former Destiny's Child member Michelle Williams slated to take over the role on Feb. 8.
