Looks like Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are the latest Hollywood parents to become entangled in a custody battle. Ashlee has requested primary physical custody of their 2-year-old son Bronx, and Pete is not happy.
According to TMZ, Pete is taking Ashlee to court over custody of their son because his soon-to-be–ex-wife requested she be the primary guardian.
Pete filed legal papers in response to Ashlee's divorce petition, TMZ reports, asking the judge for joint physical and legal custody of Bronx.
The Fall Out Boy member also wants his and Ashlee's legal fees to each be paid separately. But Ashlee wants Pete to foot the bill, since he is bringing her to court, according to the legal documents obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Pete, 31, says he and Ash, 26, officially split on Feb. 9, after he returned from the Super Bowl in Dallas.
The singer married the rocker in May 2008 in an intimate ceremony at her parents’ L.A. home.
