Glamour magazine is putting not one, but three gorgeous young stars on their new cover! Ashley Greene, Emma Stone and Freida Pinto are looking glam and talking guys in the April issue.

OK! NEWS: ASHLEY GREENE ALREADY MOVES ON FROM JOE JONAS TO JARED FOLLOWILL?

"Let’s talk about love and relationships," Glamour tells Ashley. "Like where is your super-foxy boyfriend right now?"

"Superstud," Ashley says most likely of her now ex-boyfriend, Joe Jonas.

"Superstud! Was it love at first sight?" Glamour asks.

"A friendship developed first, and that’s the most important thing for me," Ashley explained. "If you are going to be with someone all the time, they need to be your best friend."

So what are Ashley's boundaries in a relationship?

"You need to be able to talk about the difficult things. I don’t want us to talk about our ex-boyfriends or ex- girlfriends," she explained. "The past is the past. As long as it’s not a mass-murderer past! You’re with the person who you’re with as they are now."

As for Emma, she's looking for a guy that knows how to spell. The Easy A star has a thing about grammar.

"What if a guy you’re dating is a bad speller in an e-mail?" Glamour asked. "Does that bug you?"

"It’s tough. Really tough," Emma explained. "The wrong “you’re”? The wrong “they’re”? Doesn’t that bug you? Because…ugh…I hate it."

So what does Emma look for in a guy?

"Honestly, I cannot put a finger on it," Emma said. "One guy could do something that I would find deplorable, and with another guy I’d find it charming…. It depends on the person."

"The one thing that needs to be there is that indefinable spark of sorts. But I’m 22 years old….I have no idea what I’m talking about," she added with a laugh.

OK! VIDEO: FREIDA PINTO FEELS "IT WAS RIGHT" TO LEAVE FIANCÉ FOR DEV PATEL

"Now, you and Dev Patel have been dating for some time," Glamour said to Freida. "Have you set any rules, like never being apart for more than two weeks?"

"We recently realized we need a rule like that, because every time we think we’re going to be together, something work-related comes up. But we can’t put our careers on hold for this," Freida explained. "We’re not at the stage where we have the privilege to turn things down. So we’ll say, 'You have two days off? Let’s find a way to meet up.' I think you can always make it work if you want to."

"Why do you think relationships so often fail in Hollywood?" Glamour asked.

"When a doctor is performing an operation, his mind cannot be somewhere else. And it’s the same with actors. You have to commit yourself mind, body and soul to a project in order to do justice to it, "she said. "And temptations are rife in this industry, which is why I think it’s important to know yourself before you try to deal with a relationship."
