Ashley Tisdale was spotted out walking hand-in-hand with her boyfriend Scott Speer in Malibu on Sunday doing some shopping and enjoying an ice cream cone. The High School Musical star showed off a black bikini under her top, which she paired with cowboy boots. But a new style she was trying out was wearing an ankle bracelet over her boot!
