He might be wifeless, but Ashton Kutcher won't be jobless.

Despite the fact that Two and a Half Men has experienced a significant ratings decline since Ashton signed on, CBS executives are rumored to soon offer him another sweet $700K-per-episode deal for next season.
This news might be perplexing considering that viewers haven't seemed to warm to Ashton the way they did to Charlie Sheen. While a whopping 28 million homes tuned in for the premiere last September, the ratings have since dwindled to anywhere between 10.39 million to 11.25 million an episode, not the 13 million or 14 million that Charlie's antics attracted.

Co-star Jon Cryer is expected to earn about the same amount, and young Angus T. Jones around $300K an episode.
If fans don't seem to like Ashton quite as much as Charlie, he at least has a fan in CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler, who told the Television Critics Association panel last summer that he is "an extraordinarily professional, talented, funny, gifted actor who comes with a tremendous amount of commitment and enthusiasm."
