The woman Ashton Kutcher allegedly had an affair with, Brittney Jones, has a recently released sex tape that Ashton claims is illegally using his name to promote the tape.

No, the sex tape does not feature Ashton with Brittney. What Ashton is reportedly angry about is the press release for the tape that says, "Ashton's fans will undoubtedly enjoy seeing what the star himself may have experienced."

According to TMZ, Ashton's lawyer sent a letter to Vivid Entertainment claiming they're infringing on Ashton's "marketable celebrity identity value."

If they don't stop using Ashton's name in association with Brittney's tape then Ashton's lawyers will take legal action.
“We received the letter late this afternoon and I immediately forwarded it to my attorney," Steve Hirsch, the head of Vivid Entertainment told TMZ. "We will respond accordingly.“
