UPDATE: The judge in the Audrina Patridge stalker case has ruled in favor of the reality TV star, granting a three-year restraining order against Zachary Loring, TMZ reports. "It's unfortunate that people who pursue careers in the public have to deal with these people," referring to the alleged stalker.

Audrina Patridge is in court today in L.A. to fight for a permanent restraining order against Zachory Loring, her alleged stalker, according to TMZ.
