Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi and her ex-beau, Adam Dell, have been in the midst of a battle, but the wealthy venture capitalist has won the war of the name game. (For anyone keeping score, Adam's the brother of Michael Dell, computer giant. Yes, that Dell.)

As reported by The New York Post, their daughter Krishna will carry his last name. Insiders said after settling their fight over the baby, the two-year-old will now have the name of Krishna Thea Lakshmi-Dell.

Adam also scored extra custody and visitation rights to his daughter. He sued Padma last year in Supreme Court in NYC indicating she refused to put his name on the birth certificate. Apparently, Padma told him she hoped Teddy Forstmann, her late partner, "was the child's biological father."
