Baby Time for Spencer & Heidi?

Still behaving like a pair of camera-hog newlyweds, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag shot a scene for MTV "reality" show The Hills on Wednesday at Kitson Kids in L.A.

And of course, since it's Speidi, the shoot included the usual mugging for the camera, attention-getting clothing (nice cowboy hat, dude) and yes, another public makeout session.

The pair also did their best to get baby rumors started by spending time in the infants section, picking out toys and onesies for the Pratt brat that is hopefully more than nine months in the future.
