Emily Maynard has been accused of sending illicit messages to another man and was caught by fiancé Jef Holm leading them to have an epic blow up.
The Bachelorette denied that she was caught sexting telling People she has "never been more in love or felt more confident" about their relationship born from the romance reality show.
But the People Water honcho's brother Mike Holm tells Us Weekly that he witnessed the entire incident although he hopes it will all blow over.
The blonde beauty and her seven-year-old daughter, Ricki, joined Jef's family for a beach house vacation in Pawleys, South Carolina and on August 19, Jef apparently found the rude text messages and photos on his bride-to-be's phone.
"I can tell you that it's all 100% true," Mike told the publication. "I was there and I heard the fight and watched the whole thing go down, Emily leaving and everything."

"I love my brother very much and, like the rest of our family, I just want him to be happy."
Mike added that he hopes Emily and Jef stay together and make it down the aisle.
"We all love Emily too," he added. "Mistakes happen, we all get that. I hope they can work it all out."
As okmagazine.com previously reported, Emily and Jef were seen packing on the PDA and walking hand in hand in Charlotte, North Carolina on Wednesday in a show of togetherness seemingly having made peace with the incident.
