Paris Hilton's 18-year-old little brother, Barron, was arrested this morning in Malibu on DUI charges.
TMZ reports that Barron was driving a black Mercedes on Pacific Coast Highway with a passenger — not one of his sisters — when he was pulled over around 8 a.m., according to police.
Barron blew a 0.14 on his blood alcohol test, an L.A. County sheriff confirmed, well over the .08 adult limit in California. However, for a minor, anything above a .08 is considered legal intoxication.
Two hours before he was pulled over, the Hilton heir careened into the Malibu 76 gas station and struck worker Fernando Tellez, who was not injured in the crash.
Barron was booked at the same place Mel Gibson was, Lost Hills Sheriff's station. Bail has been set at $20,000.
His father, Rick, tells TMZ: "I haven't been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say — but it will be to my son, not the media."

Barron's older sister, Paris, served 23 days last June for DUI charges.
