L.A. County Superior Court Judge Scott Millington has issued a no-bail bench warrant and revoked probation for Daniel Baldwin after he failed to show for a 10 a.m. progress report hearing Friday morning stemming from his April 2006 cocaine possession case.
Daniel, who also missed a Monday appointment and several AA meetings, is currently filming a movie on Toronto, but he is not allowed to leave the country without the court's permission — which he never received.

The troubled actor and self-admitted cocaine addict was arrested on April 22, 2006, at a Santa Monica motel for possession of drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of controlled substances. Formal charges were never filed.
This isn’t the first time Daniel had gone AWOL from a mandated court appearance. Earlier this year, the 47-year-old failed to turn up at his arraignment for his November 2006 auto-theft charge. He subsequently surrendered himself and was freed on bail.
