Benicio del Toro is expecting his first child with Kimberly Stewart. The Oscar winning actor and Hollywood socialite are not dating, but excited to co-parent their child.
A spokeswoman for the Benicio, 44, confirms he is expecting a child with the reality star, who is Rod Stewart's daughter.
Publicist Robin Baum says, via the Associated Press, that "Although they are not a couple," they are looking forward to the baby's arrival and "Benicio is the father and is very supportive."

Benicio won an Academy Award for his supporting role in 2000's Traffic.
Kim, 31, starred in the 2007 reality show Living with ... Kimberly Stewart.
