It's official, Bethenny Frankel will be daytime's newest talk show host! The former Real Housewives of New York City and Bethenny Ever After star just announced on her website that her new show will air on Fox beginning this summer.
Select Fox television stations, including WNYW New York and KTTV Los Angeles, will air Bethenny's series in a six-week test in order to get an idea on how it will do in the larger markets.

Although it was unclear whether or not Bethenny's dreams of getting a syndicated talk show would come true after shows like Warner Bros' Anderson, Twentieth Century Fox's Ricki Lake and CBS' Jeff Probst were all picked up, it sounds like those doubts were premature!
"A year ago, we determined there was a need in the marketplace for a show that provided daytime women the opportunity to hang out with someone who understood their needs, desires and aspirations... a girlfriend," Ken Werner, president of Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution, said in a statement. "The research is clear that Bethenny is that person. Fox shared our vision and we have partnered with them to demonstrate to the rest of the country how compelling such a show can be."
