Bethenny Frankel's Estranged Husband Jason Hoppy 'Bans Her From Taking Daughter Bryn On Australian Business Trip'

Uh oh! It's starting to get ugly in the Bethenny Frankel/Jason Hoppy divorce.

The busy entrepreneur has an upcoming business trip to Australia and wants to take their two-year-old daughter Bryn with her. But Jason is apparently firmly against the idea and has put a ban on the toddler going.

"Jason won't let Bethenny take Bryn to Australia," RadarOnline reports. "He doesn't think it's good for their little girl to travel half way around the world with her mom on a business trip. How much time will Bethenny actually be able to spend with Bryn because it's definitely a working trip?"

"It's causing nothing but more stress to the divorce proceedings, which have turned extremely hostile. Bethenny's lawyers are considering going to court to see if they can get a judge to sign off on her taking Bryn to Australia."

Bethenny filed for divorce from her husband of three years just under a month ago and they both are vying for primary custody of the little girl which can only lead to an epic court battle if they cannot come to terms between them.

The former reality star turned business woman apparently filed for sole custody because "Jason wasn't letting her take Bryn on trips."

"She could see that Jason was going to stand in the way going forward, and this is the reason why she wants sole custody. She doesn't want a battle every time she goes on a trip," an insider told the site.
