In 2009, Kanye West made big waves at the MTV Video Music Awards in Beyoncé's honor but this time it was Beyoncé herself who stole the show. The sultry singer announced she was expecting her first child onstage at the televised show and OK! has all the scoop on the pregnancy in this week's issue!

An insider tells OK! that Beyoncé and husband Jay-Z have been wanting to start a family for a while but that "she and Jay also wanted to focus on their careers and enjoy the first years of their marriage."

"Now, with everything so perfect in both those regards, she can't wait to be a mom."

It seems as though friends of the musical power-couple are as excited about this news as B and Jay are.

"Her phone hasn't stopped ringing," the source says. "She's received dozens of bouquets of flowers, teddy bears, fruit baskets, you name it."

Among those sending messages are Rihanna, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams and even Oprah!
