Beyoncé & Jay-Z Leave the Hospital With Baby Blue Ivy Carter In Tow!

It's official: Beyoncé and Jay-Z are nesting at home with their baby girl! Blue Ivy Carter and her all-star parents left Lenox Hill Hospital in the early hours of Tuesday morning, thanks to the help of their security detail.

Witnesses tell the Daily News that two black SUVs and a large van made a speedy exit from the hospital's E. 76th St. loading dock at around 1:30 a.m. One of the SUVs blocked traffic on Park Ave., while the other followed close behind the van so that the new parents and their baby Blue could make it home safe and sound — and quick.

Although it's not certain which vehicle music's famous family was in — or if the staged parade of SUVs was just a decoy for an alternate exit — sources from the hospital confirm that Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Blue have officially left Lenox Hill.
