Beyoncé Makes First Public Appearance After Giving Birth

Looks like motherhood is agreeing with her! Last night, Beyoncé stepped out in NYC for her first public appearance since giving birth to baby Blue Ivy last month.

NEWS: THE TRUTH ABOUT BEYONCE & JAY-Z'S BABY According to The New York Post, the "Single Ladies" singer wore a skintight, fire-engine red long-sleeve Alice Temperly Dress and held an Alexander McQueen clutch purse. Right before midnight, Beyoncé sneaked into Jay-Z's 40/40 Club to celebrate his benefit performance at Carnegie Hall earlier the same night. OK! Earlier in the evening, when asked on the red carpet about his daughter, Jay-Z smiled and nodded. Awww. Considering Beyoncé hasn't made any other official public appearances or given interviews since giving birth, maybe she'll surprise everyone and show up at the Grammys this Sunday?
