With the 2011 Billboard Music Awards just one day away, a source exclusively tells OK! that Beyonce, who is slated to present an award at the big show, may also be stunning the Las Vegas crowd with a performance, as well!
A source, who was visiting the Backstage Creations Celebrity Retreat at the Billboard Music Awards this afternoon, exclusively told OK! that they, “Overheard Beyonce rehearsing a number, “Run This World,” during rehearsals on Saturday.”

According to the witness, “Around 80 dancers were also seen backstage that looked like they may have been a part of her routine.”
While the Black Eyed Peas, Rihanna, Lady Antebellum, and Keith Urban are all slated to take the stage on Sunday, as of yet, Beyonce has only been announced as a presenter.
