Beyoncé to Star and Direct in a New Documentary About Her Life and Career

Get ready to see Beyoncé in a way you've never seen her before — up close and personal. The Los Angeles Times reports the singer will star and direct in a documentary about her life that will include concert footage and intimate interviews.

With so many other stars like Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry having box success with their music documentaries, it seems like Beyoncé's project would have no problems getting the greenlight.

As of now, her agents have been shopping the idea around and about 20 minutes of footage has been cut for distributors to see.
It's expected for Beyoncé to discuss her time with Destiny's Child, her solo career, her marriage to Jay-Z and of course her new little bundle of joy Blue Ivy, in the film.
In the meantime, the superstar has already established herself as a R & B singer, fashion icon, record producer and actress in addition to being a wife and mother. She's currently attached to star in remake of A Star Is Born.
