NEWS'The Big C' Gets Renewed for Third Season on Showtime

Good news for fans of The Big C! Showtime has renewed the series for a third season.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, 10 new episodes of The Big C have been ordered by Showtime for next year.
“We love working together and we're excited to keep exploring where Cathy's going,” producer Jenny Bicks said. “We've all become, as many shows do, we've all become a family, and it's a terrific place to be, so we're excited to keep going for as long as Cathy can keep going.”

The Big C is about a woman (Laura Linney) who tries to live life to the fullest after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.
The second season ends Monday, Sept. 26.
