Thinking of the perfect birthday present is never an easy task, but Blake Lively managed to pull off a cute surprise for Ryan Reynolds 35th birthday!
The Gossip Girl star was photographed hanging out on Ryan's R.I.P.D. set in Boston and poking her head out of his trailer, E! News reports.
Blake wasn't trying to just hide from the cameras, she was also surprising Ryan with a birthday present.

The 24-year-old actress decorated her Maltipoo dog Penny in colorful balloons and sent her out to visit Ryan on set.
How cute!
But that wasn't the only birthday celebration Ryan got. The Green Lantern co-stars went out on Thursday night with Sandra Bullock.
Ryan is one lucky man!
