Brad Womack's ex-girlfriend has some advice for his new fiancée Emily Maynard — run!

Laurel Kagay spoke with E! News and says she's not jealous of Brad's new relationship, but she is concerned.
"The pattern has started, and she better get out as fast as she can," Laurel told E! News about the already rocky relationship the Bachelor couple has had.
"Now the letters, flowers and promises begin," she added. "She will most likely fall into Brad's BS. I just hope she doesn't do it as long as I did."

Laurel says she dated Brad for eight years, but they broke up "hundreds" of times during that.
She understands that although speaking out against Brad and Emily's relationship probably won't do any good she'd at least try.

"I'm sure she doesn't care what I have said to the public," Laurel said. "But if she is smart, she will see that she is living what I was living. It is hard and definitely not healthy for a child."
"I am so happy to finally be done with our cycle, but it really does make me sad that another woman is in my shoes."
