It's got to be tough to be a father of six young kids — even if you are Brad Pitt.
So perhaps that's why the actor left gal-pal Angelina Jolie and their ever-increasing brood at home on Monday night to head out for a night of solo movie watching in L.A.
An OK! spy spotted the hunky actor walking right through the front doors of the famous Bruin Theatre in West Hollywood, where he sat in the back row of the crowded screening room to take in a showing of Soul Men.

Perhaps Brad's decision to see this particular film had less to do with getting out of the house and more to do with who's on the screen, as Soul Men stars the late actor Bernie Mac, a friend and co-star of Brad in Ocean's 11 and its two sequels.

When the final credits rolled, Mr. Jolie-Pitt slipped out a back door and into a waiting SUV along with his security guard.
