Bret Michaels has shot down reports that he had an affair with Miley Cyrus' mom Tish, causing her split from husband Billy Ray Cyrus.
A tabloid magazine alleged that the Celebrity Apprentice winner got close to Tish when he collaborated with Miley on the song "Nothing To Lose" in February.

But the rocker's rep has denied the story. "The reports of my client having an affair with Tish are unfounded and a complete fabrication," the rep tells ET Online. "He has been a close friend of the family for some time and has worked with Miley.
