Bret Michaels to Replace 'American Idol' Judge Simon Cowell?

Although just released from the hospital after suffering from a warning stroke and a recent brain hemorrhage, rocker Bret Michaels announced on Friday night that he is in the running to be the next American Idol judge.
Taking the stage in Biloxi, MS for a concert, Bret gushed, “"I can't say this is true yet, cause I don't know. Next year they asked me to possibly be the judge on American Idol,” TMZ reports.

BRET MICHAELS IS ALL GRINS FOR 'CELEBRITY APPRENTICE' FINALE
According to a source at TMZ, the 47-year-old is definitely in the running to replace Simon Cowell when he leaves the singing show.
FOX network did not comment on the situation.
