Justin (from Canada, of course) and his fellow W.H. pals Rihanna (Barbados), Cee Lo Green (U.S.) and Avril Lavigne (Canada, again) all graced the red carpet at the Brit Awards 2011 in London Tuesday at the O2 arena.
