Before publically celebrating her fiancé’s birthday in Las Vegas on Friday night and showing off her new Neil Lane diamond ring, Britney Spears made sure to make her engagement official by updating her Facebook relationship status.

The pop star changed her status to “Engaged,” yesterday after Jason Trawick popped the question earlier this week, removing her previous “In a Relationship” update.
