Britney Spears and Demi Lovato covered this week's TV Guide with X-Factor co-stars, L.A. Reid and Simon Cowell, and the ladies opened up about what a blast (really) they're having judging the upcoming show together.
"She's a very good judge," Britney said. "She toughens me up! Sometimes I listen to you and I'm like, "Oh, God, I've got to be a little stronger."

Meanwhile, Demi gushes about "funny" Britney.
"I don't think a lot of people have gotten to see her personality and her sense of humor," she added. Brit goes on to say the "Skyscraper" singer has an undeniable "sophistication."
