Everyone is all abuzz with the news that Britney Spears is engaged to her love Jason Trawick and will be walking down the aisle for the third time. But what does her last hubby, Kevin Federline, think of this news?

"I'm really happy for her — I think he's a great guy," Kevin told Australia's TV Week.

Kevin is busy Down Under filming Excess Baggage, a show that is very similar to Celebrity Fit Club, which the former dancer was also on, back in 2010.

Kevin was hospitalized earlier this month for heat stress while filming Excess Baggage, but recovered quickly.

"She's happy; she's doing really well. I want to say she's in a good place. I haven't spoken to her much since I've been over here — both of us have been busy, with her being on tour — but I do know from talking to the kids and talking to the kids' teachers that they're doing really good. It's a good step in the right direction. I'm totally happy for her," he tells TV Week.

Britney and Kevin were, of course, not without their crazy times together.

"It was tough. They were just very, very, very dramatic times," Kevin admitted.

Britney and Kevin were married from 2004-2007 and are parents to sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Kevin has clearly moved on as well — he welcomed a new daughter, Jordan, with his girlfriend, Victoria Prince. He also has two children, Kori and Kaleb, with ex-girlfriend Shar Jackson.

Do you think that Britney and Kevin have finally found the ones for them?
