Britney Spears: Giver or Re-Gifter?

You know that friend or relative who is always trying to pass off a bit of their own poetry or piece of original "artwork" as a proper gift, when what you really wanted was a hot new pair of shoes? Well, that might describe Britney Spears.

The pop superstar recently thanked the dancers on her Circus tour, which is selling out shows everywhere from Australia to San Diego, by giving them gift bags that contain... Britney Spears products.

In a letter posted on Britney's official blog, a very appreciate dancer writes:

"Here are the dancers/aeralist with a beautiful gift from Britney herself.

She blessed us with her Believe Lotion and Fantasy Perfume!

Thanks Britney!"

So, what do you think? Is this a truly generous gift from Brit to her dancers? Or just shameless product placement?
