An insider tells The Hollywood Reporter that Britney Spears won't be asked back for the third season of X Factor. Considering her limited vocabulary last season, we're not so surprised. Are you?

Keep in mind, L.A. Reid announced his own depature from the singing competition last month. "I'm a record executive. Simon Cowell and I are both record executives.
