NEWSBritney Visits Children in Miami Hospital

So far, Florida has been the place for Britney Spears to spend her time off between shows on her Circus concert tour.
First there was the in Orlando with sons Jayden James and Sean Preston. And then on Saturday, the pop princess headed down to Miami to visit sick children at the Miami Children's hospital.
During her visit, Brit not only brightened up the day for a group of 40 ill kids, she also dug deep into her purse to pull out a check for $100,000 for the hospital's Big Apple Circus Clown Care program, a service that provides medically trained clowns.

Britney stayed in Florida through the weekend, performing in Tampa on Sunday night.
The Circus train rolls into the NYC area next, with a show in Long Island on Wednesday.
