What a difference a year makes! The success of Brit's album is the topper to what has truly been a remarkable comeback by the "Womanizer" star. Since her father Jamie Spears took over as her conservator, Britney has recommitted herself to her career, slimming down to her original fit figure and reconnecting with her family.
Noticeably gone from the singer's life are former "friends" Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib. According to TMZ, Brit's conservators obtained a restraining order against the two on Thursday. A source close to the conservatorship tells TMZ that Brit herself asked her conservators to "protect her from Sam and Adnan."

She reportedly told her conservators that she is afraid of them both and hoped they could be locked up in jail.

The conservators believe that Lutfi and Ghalib conspired to undermine Britney's conservatorship in a way that would have been extremely harmful to her. And remember attorney, Jon Eardley, the guy Lutfi used early last year to mount an attack against the conservatorship? He was allegedly in on the conspiracy as well.
