Brooke Mueller was reportedly arrested last night while vacationing in Aspen on charges of assault and cocaine possession, new reports reveal.
According to E! Online, the mom of two was cited by the Aspen Police Department after a woman claimed that Brooke attacked her while spending the night out at local spot Belly Up.
Asides from the assault charges, Charlie Sheen’s ex was also accused of, “possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.”

The 34-year-old was taken to the Pitkin County Jail and released after paying a reported $11,000 bail.
Two years ago, on Dec. 25, Brooke had another incident in Colorado when Charlie was arrested for domestic abuse.
Brooke, who has been in and out of rehab in the past few years, will have to face a judge in an Aspen courthouse on Dec. 19.
