Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen will reportedly not be making an appearance in court today to battle for custody.

According to TMZ sources, Charlie and Brooke have decided against going to court today and are trying to reach a settlement outside of court instead.
TMZ reports that their lawyers have been negotiating and are making progress, but a deal has not yet been finalized.

On Monday, Charlie's lawyer gave notice they were going to court for a hearing, but that has now been canceled.
