Brooke Mueller, Charlie Sheen's Ex-Wife, Checks Into Rehab Again

For Brooke Mueller, it's like deja vu all over again. And by that we mean rehab.

According to Celebuzz, she's relapsed and has entered rehab again to reportedly battle a crack-cocaine addiction. It sounds like that was perhaps a planned move. Rep Steve Honig told the site, "As part of her ongoing treatment and as planned, she voluntarily checked herself into a rehab facility several weeks ago."

After she was arrested last December for felony cocaine possession and misdemeanor assault in Aspen, Brooke participated in outpatient therapy. That didn't ultimately work though so she checked into an inpatient program instead. Then after that, she continued her focus toward sobriety with an outpatient rehab.

An insider told Celebuzz, “Brooke’s family is hoping that she finally understands the consequences of her actions. That is, she risks losing all of her rights to the children if she doesn’t get clean — once and for all.”
