According to Brooke Mueller's lawyer, Sorell Trope, Charlie Sheen "humiliated Brooke."

Trope told TMZ that Brooke and Charlie agreed to wait a year before filing for divorce after they signed a property settlement agreement in May.
According to Trope, Brooke "didn't want to make trouble for Charlie," since he was on trial for allegedly assaulting her in Aspen.

"Charlie humiliated Brooke" Trope said when he filed for divorce yesterday especially when she's been so supportive to him.
Brooke's lawyer also added that while Charlie's legal papers state the couple's kids have been living with him it is not true.
Looks like the Charlie Sheen saga is still underway.
