After being admitted to ICU today with a 105 fever,  Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller is on track to make a full recovery and still plans to travel to Aspen for the hearing on Friday. Brooke landed in the hospital due to an infection from oral surgery she had earlier this week. Her lawyer, Yale Galanter, told TMZ Brooke was administered antibiotics and should be released today.

Galanter told TMZ the goal is for Brooke to make it to the hearing on Friday; however, if it is not possible for Brooke to travel in her current condition he will ask the judge to allow her to testify by telephone.

The couple is now hoping to reunite after being separated by a protection order following a Christmas morning spat at their Aspen, Colorado, home that led to Charlie being arrested. The hearing is set to change the restraining order that prohibits Charlie from having any contact with Brooke.

Right now, a ruling from Aspen allowing Charlie to visit Brooke while she is in the hospital is also underway.

Charlie went to the hospital a short time ago. Under the protective order he's allowed to be in the same room with wife Brooke, but technically he can't communicate with her.
