Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's scheduled hearing in a Colorado court today has been postponed until Friday while Brooke undergoes emergency oral surgery.
Tomorrow's hearing in Colorado was intended to discuss Brooke's order of protection against hubby Charlie, reports E! Online.
However, with the hearing taking place so soon after her procedure Brooke isn't even sure she can make the court date.
"Ms. Mueller's attorneys filed a motion this morning requesting she be allowed to appear telephonically because she had a medical emergency," Aspen Police spokewoman Stephanie Dasaro tells E! News.
"She had emergency surgery in regards to an oral infection. The judge denied the motion; however he did grant a continuance until Friday at 10 a.m. Mueller is required to be at the hearing on Friday."
This will be the first required court appearance for the couple since Charlie was arrested on Christmas Day for allegedly assaulting and threatening his wife of 20-months with a knife during a fight at their rented Aspen vacation home.
