Bruno pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and struck a deal with the Clark County D.A., TMZ reports.
If Bruno stays out of trouble for the next year, the charge will be taken off his record.
Today, Marks appeared in court with his lawyers, Blair Berk and David Chesnoff, and his plea deal was put on record.
Bruno was arrested at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in September after a bathroom attendant reportedly told security a man was doing drugs in a stall.
His plea will officially be entered in district court, TMZ reports, and he will then have to finish 200 hours of community service.
