Jesse James lurked in the background as his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder headed into court Tuesday at the Orange County Family Courthouse. The two are embroiled in a legal battle over custody rights for their seven-year-old daughter Sunny James.
Jesse has kept a somber face in public lately during the custody proceedings. His ex isn't too happy about his plans to move with their daughter to Austin, Texas.
