In the OK! out now, married mom and Make It Or Break It star Candace Cameron Bure, 33, reveals her pop culture passions with a Culture Vulture interview.

Here’s what you won’t find in the magazine.

Favorite book?

My favorite fictional book is called Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers. It’s a great story about a prostitute. It’s based in the 17th or 18th century, and it’s a woman who’s been living in a brothel and finds a man who is actually in love with her. It’s the story of her breaking creed into this relationship, and it’s actually taken right out of the Bible in the book of Hosea. It’s an incredible story.

Favorite celebrity?

Drew Barrymore. She’s adorable. I love her movies. I love how cute and charming she is. Also, the woman that she’s become in the industry, producing and directing and making great, entertaining films.

Favorite snack?

I don’t know if Pinkberry’s a snack laughs, but I get the original and pomegranate yogurt swirl, and then I will get mangos and blueberries on top.

It satisfies my sweet tooth, but it’s not so sweet. It has that tart flavor to it, so I don’t feel like I pigged out on a decadent dessert, and yet it satisfies the sweet tooth. It’s yummy.

Favorite drink?

Unsweetened iced tea. That’s my drink of choice that I order pretty much every day. I like iced tea.

Favorite nightspot?

I don’t go out to clubs, but I like a restaurant in L.A. called Gjelina. The food’s amazing, and it’s this tucked-away little spot. There’s not even a name on the outside. It’s on this great street called Abbot Kinney, which is a very artsy street in Venice. The food is ridiculously good, and I’m a big foodie.

Favorite dish to order at Gjelina?

There are two things I always order. One thing is the roasted cauliflower, and the other is a poached pear or a poached apricot with burrata and prosciutto. And lots of fresh herbs on top. It’s amazing.
