Carly Rae Jepsen Closes Out 2012 Teen Choice Awards With "Call Me Maybe"

How fitting is this? Seriously though. After snagging a surfboard for the Teen Choice Award song of the summer, "Call Me Maybe," Carly Rae Jepsen performed the tune in front of the audience!

Last night as she bopped around on stage and had the audience occasionally chime in as she put the microphone to their mouths, a video montage played in the background with celebs and fans alike crooning the lyrics.

She told MTV, "We like to do a little bit of a twist to it every single time so it's not the exact same show, the exact same performance. For example, this time instead of girl dancers, we have boy dancers."

And considering most of us crank up her tune when it's on the radio, how exactly does Ms. Jepsen react when she hears it on the air waves? She confessed, "It makes me a little shy, actually. I feel like I have to change the staiton because I don't really know what to do." Awww.
