“I have a girls group I dance with all the time, and when I do that, the rehearsals are like a workout,” Carmen tells me on the red carpet at Fashion Rocks.

Hip hop violinist Miri says bikram yoga keeps her toned. According to Wikipedia, the workout is performed in a room heated to 105 degrees with a humidity of 40% and includes 26 postures and two breathing exercises.
“Sometimes I do it every day,” she tells me. “I do it for my body and my mind. It’s amazing.”
