Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo opens up about why she prefers the Jersey shore to the Hamptons in the OK! out now.

“The Jersey shore is what I know,” the married mom of three, 49, tells me before judging Miss USA at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. “I went to the Hamptons last year for a charity event, and it’s lovely and beautiful.”

She adds, “At the same time, I look at it, and there are certain aspects of it, to me, that I’m like ‘take your sunglasses off, it’s 10:00 at night and you’re at somebody’s house. Take your sunglasses off.’”
Caroline loves to relax.
“My favorite thing to do on the Jersey shore is walk the boardwalk early in the morning,” she says. “It’s peaceful. The ocean is just so beautiful and peaceful.”
